Op. Dr. İsmail ULUSAL graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. After completing his compulsory service in Batman, he worked as a general practitioner in Trabzon and Istanbul. He completed his specialization in Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic and then worked as a doctor and manager in Artvin, Ordu and Trabzon.
Retired in 2023, Op. Dr. İsmail ULUSAL currently continues his duty at the Private 7M Hospital.
